Return & Refund Policy

At Simple Traders, all products are customized and made according to client requirements. Because of the personalized nature of our products, returns and refunds are generally not accepted once an order has been confirmed and processed.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved design or specifications, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos and order details.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the product

  • Partial refund

  • Store credit or another suitable resolution based on the situation

Please note:

  • Minor color variations may occur due to screen and printing differences.

  • Returns are not accepted for approved designs, customized products, or change of mind after production begins.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
